DealPilot assigns a dynamic 0-100 score to every property based on its fundamental ratios. A score above 80 indicates strong, immediate cash flow or wide profit margins, while scores below 50 flag potentially toxic deals requiring major renegotiation.

AI Analysis

Rather than relying on templates, InvestorVI streams your calculated metrics into a custom-trained large language model (LLM). This AI evaluates the unique risk factors of your specific deal—such as a tight repair budget or high local taxes—and generates a detailed, conversational report of strengths and weaknesses.
