Usage Data: Basic analytics on how you interact with the platform UI to help us improve the tool.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

Providing and maintaining the InvestorVI platform and your user dashboard.
Processing your personalized AI deal analyses and calculating financial models.
Managing your account, subscription limits, and processing secure authentications.

3. No Selling of Data

We will never sell your personal data or your deal inputs to any third parties. Your properties and potential investments are strictly your private intellectual property.

4. Security Protocols

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including modern encryption architectures, secure database hashing, and strict environment variable gating, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

To operate effectively, we utilize select industry-standard third-party infrastructure:

Stripe: All payment processing, subscription tracking, and credit card data storage is handled entirely and securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
OpenAI: Deal parameters are transmitted securely to OpenAI specifically to generate the "AI Insights" breakdown. Data sent to their API is not used to train their foundational models.
