Three Tiers of Offers

  • Suggested Investor Offer: The balanced bid aimed at hitting your target ROI (e.g. 20%) while remaining competitive for the seller.
  • Aggressive Offer: The maximum allowable offer. Going above this number means you are likely buying a negative return or razor-thin margin.
  • Wholesale Offer: A deeply discounted bid with enough spread built in to assign the contract to another investor while taking an assignment fee.
